Claudia González, BA

Senior Consultant & Lecturer

 

Claudia González is a queer woman of color born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She focuses on the inclusion of minoritized identities across industries.

Claudia earned her BA in Business and Spanish from Rowan University. Her research and expertise are in racial and gender equity, concentrating on Afro-Caribbean cultures. Claudia is tri-lingual and is a Spanish educator in K-12 and healthcare environments. As a facilitator and lecturer, her high-touch, engaging sessions inspire transformation and bring hope and inspiration to understanding equity and justice.

 

 

 

Dr. Alex Iannucci

CEO & Founder

Dr. Alex Iannucci is a recognized leader and strategist in organizational-systemic change, equity, and justice. As a senior diversity officer with over fifteen years of experience, his expertise focuses on inclusive leadership and transformational organizational change. They combine strategic thinking with a result-oriented focus to identify areas of growth and opportunity for organizations related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

He works as an architect to support leaders and businesses in strategizing and managing change, building cross-organizational relationships, and identifying clear steps toward growth and transformation.  As a national speaker and scholar on topics affecting minoritized people, they have a wide range of experience working in diverse environments addressing systems of oppression, and helping businesses evolve and thrive.

Dr. Iannucci received their doctorate in Educational Leadership from Saint Joseph’s University. Their research received the Nicholas J. Rashford Award for Outstanding Dissertation.

Ariella Robbins, MS

Senior Strategist & Facilitator

Ariella Robbins is a lead equity and justice advocate who focuses on the inclusion of minoritized identities through facilitation and strategic education implementation. Her background and expertise focus on crisis response, dialogic practices, and educational success. She earned her MS in Higher Education Student Development from California State University, and her research focused on the success of minoritized identities in educational settings.

Ariella is the Senior Director of Education and Training in the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Villanova University. Her strong background in curriculum design focuses specifically on adult learning and inclusive learning practices. She is an adjunct faculty member in the Peace and Justice department at Villanova University, teaching Race, Class, and Gender.

Ariella’s innovative approach to education and training produces opportunities for transformation, change, and relationship-building around topics of equity and justice.

Halley Hadfield, BA

Senior Marketing Strategist

Halley has twelve years experience leading marketing and communication. She has committed her career to working with mission-driven organizations to create meaningful, systemic change in both internal and external communication structures and strategy.

Halley has devoted almost a decade to work focused on the inequities of health care and access, and is currently directing communications for a grant project to bridge research and lived experience to remove the barriers to collaboration between communities and higher education.

She earned her BA from Rutgers University with a focus on journalism and media studies and graduated with high honors. She most recently co-founded a non-profit, The Golden Anti-Racism Collective. Halley bridges together creative strategy and the power of marketing with the compassion for the human experience and deep, personal commitment to equity work. She believes in the power of words and the responsibility to use them intentionally, appropriately, and deliberately to be inclusive while honest.

Sydney Lobosco, MA

Senior Consultant & Designer

Sydney Lobosco is a senior diversity officer and strategist focusing on the inclusion of minoritized identities through facilitation and curriculum design. As a creator, facilitator, and educator, she uses their engaging sessions to help build just communities.

Sydney earned her MA in Student Development Administration from Seattle University. Her research focuses on first-generation college student experiences using a community cultural wealth framework. She is a lead trainer at Villanova University in the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and is an adjunct in the Peace and Justice department, teaching Race, Class, and Gender.

Sydney is an expert in workshop and training creation and execution, focusing on identity exploration and equitable leadership practices through the lens of antiracism. She ensures that sessions are accessible to folks at all points in their understanding of equity and justice.
